We aim to make quality care accessible and convenient for our Patients. We are currently in-network with the following insurance providers:
Major Plans: Aetna, Cigna / Great WestCare, First Choice Health, Kaiser, Premera Blue Cross, Regence, and United Behavioral Health.
Specialized Plans: Carelon Behavioral Health Inc.
Note: We accept most HSA cards, credit/debit cards, checks, and money orders.
We do not accept cash & money orders.
Payment Options
We provide various payment options, such as self-pay, so you can focus on care instead of paperwork.
Self-Pay Rates
For those not using insurance, our transparent pricing is as follows:
New Patient Evaluation (90 min): $400.00
Follow-Up Appointment (60 min): $300.00
Follow-Up Appointment (30 min): $175.00
Appointment Policies
To ensure all patients receive timely care, we adhere to the following scheduling and cancellation guidelines.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, referred to as your arrival time. This allows time to resolve any technical issues or administrative matters
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee
New Patients – $250
Existing Patients– (30-min) $150
Existing Patients– (60-min) $200
Late Arrival Policy:
- To maintain our schedule, arrivals more than 15 minutes late for an Intake or 10 minutes late for a Follow-up will be considered a “No-Show” and will be charged a corresponding fee.
Notice Regarding Insurance & Self-Pay
Non-Contracted Providers: We are not accepting new patients with Molina, Community Health, Coordinated Care, TriWest, Tricare, Medicaid, or Medicare.
Self-Pay Requirements: Self-pay is only an option for patients who:
Are uninsured, OR
Have an insurance plan that is not contracted with Butterfly Psychiatry
Important: Patients eligible for coverage under the specific plans listed above do not qualify for self-pay services.
